Coaching helps you find more focus, meaning and purpose in your life and work

It is a tool for change, growth, discovery and transformation

It unlocks your potential

What is coaching?
Coaching is about making explicit what is implicit so that you can become aware of your blind spots, your biases and limiting beliefs and then create solutions and alternatives routes to reach your goals. It is an empowering process that is short term and goal oriented.

Coaching is different from therapy as it focuses on the present and is future oriented by creating goals and action plans. Therapy tends to focus on the past to understand the current situation.
My proposition
What if you were to take the time to pause, zoom out of your current point of view, think out of the box and ask yourself: what is keeping me in the fog and stopping me from moving?

What if you were to take the time to re-align with your core values and be more at ease in your life so that you can grow again? How to let go of outworn roles and stories, leaving room for a new story to be lived?
If you feel it is time to address what is shadowing your core vitality, then get in touch.
My proposition to you is to re-author your life and work stories.
Individual coaching
I use narrative and purpose-led creative approaches to coaching.
This means during a session we could “just talk”, write, draw, use LEGO Serious Play, move in space, do role playing or maybe create object constellations.

Each session will be and feel different because it will depend on what you bring to the table. It is like a dance that has its own elements and that flows differently every time.
My style
My coaching sessions are tailor made to your goals and preferences. My role is to hold a safe space where change is possible, yours is to explore it. We are together in this.
Although working on yourself, or a project, is serious business, I like to think that it can also be fun, authentic, creative and ultimately liberating.
We can do sessions online, in-person or walking outdoor in a park (if you are based in London). Nature really works on us, you would be surprised.

Team coaching
For team project coaching I use relational and systemic coaching.
This means that a lot of it will be team activities and revealing to the group what is normally hidden, creating cohesion and multi-disciplinary respect. The aim is to build a shared vision together and to be more aligned, focused, sustainable, fair and productive.

We don't have to stay in thick fog forever

we can learn to navigate it until it lifts

and then new paths emerge
